99.9% service level agreement

For Active ManagedVPS cloud servers, we target 99.9% monthly availability of network connectivity and power at the hypervisor edge (≈43 minutes max unavailability per 30-day month).

Credits

• 99.0% – 99.9%: 10% of monthly fee credit
• 95.0% – 99.0%: 25% credit
• Below 95.0%: 50% credit

Credits require a ticket within 7 days of the incident. Exclusions: scheduled maintenance (announced ≥24h), client OS/firewall misconfiguration, upstream ISP issues beyond our path, force majeure, AUP suspensions.

DDoS

Hetzner includes standard DDoS protection on public IPs. Large volumetric attacks may trigger temporary blackholing by the upstream provider.
